Our stainless steel sinks are fabricated in Los Angeles, California from 12 and 16 gauge, type 304 extra heavy duty material; with 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel to prevent staining and rusting. For our kitchen sinks, the material is first laser cut from solid 12 gauge sheets of stainless steel. Next the sink is then hand fabricated and Tig welded to industry standards. Finally the satin finish is applied to the material by hand. This is the strongest kitchen sink available. Our bar sink and Roval lavatories are fabricated from the 16 gauge material. This heavy duty material is first machine stamped to form the shape and size of the basin. Then the rim is then trimmed to size. Finally, the satin finish is applied by hand.
